They were willing to work with the tight timeline that we had, plus adjusted the finish of the bed for us, and even personally delivered the bed. The bed looked amazing, was easy to assemble, and feels very sturdy. I couldn't imagine a better experience ordering a bed.

This bed is simply gorgeous and amazing. It is truly handmade, extremely sturdy, and very beautiful. It's evident that care and excellent craftsmanship went into it, and the customer service was also very personal and exceptionally good. I would highly recommend this bed, or anything from this company to anyone. It looks perfect in our room, puts our memory foam mattress (no box spring) at exactly the right height, and was simple to put together. We couldn't be happier.
